The LinkedIn's InEquality campaign promotes empathy and equality for both employees and employers. Our goal was to leverage LinkedIn's unique platform to create transparency within the workplace.

"Come up with an idea to address gender inequality or identity in ________." We chose to address inequality in the work place.
